To delete your account and your data, you can do it in the settings page of the app and press the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button. Please note that this action will permanently delete all of your information listed above.

If you encounter problem deleting your account via in-app button, you can send an email to info@befriendok.com to request for deletion of your account and your data.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

The app uses local artificial intelligence for User Verification. This means the verification process happens completely only on your device. Your facial features extracted during the verification process are only temporarily persist on your device and will not be uploaded to our server by any means. When the verification process is completed or discarded, the facial features extracted during the verification process are deleted on your device.
