We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
The be friend ok? app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the be friend ok? app won't work properly or at all.
The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.
You should be aware that there are certain things that we will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, we cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to our responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Anyone can only have one be friend ok? account at the same time. If anyone is found to hold or manipulate more than one account at the same time, all related accounts will be suspended or terminated without notice and no refund on paid items will be accepted.
Any action on be friend ok? needs to be done manually by the user, not using a robot or automated program for any interaction or action on the account.
If you do not use or log into your be friend ok? account, we may delete your account without any notice.

In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewal & Refund
We may offer products and services for purchase("In-App Purchase") through iTunes, Google Play ("Application Store"). If you choose to make an In-App Purchase, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with the applicable payment provider (such as Application Store) and your method of payment (your credit/debit card or a third party account such as iTunes or Google Play Account)("Payment Method") will be charged at the prices displayed to you for the service(s) or product(s) you've selected as well as any taxes (if applicable) that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize be friend ok? or the third party account to charge you.
If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription, your Payment Method will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to your Application Store account and follow instructions to cancel your subscription, even if you have otherwise deleted your account with us or if you have deleted the be friend ok? application from your device.Deleting your account on be friend ok? or deleting the be friend ok? application from your device does not cancel your subscription.be friend ok? will retain all funds charged to your Payment Method until you cancel your subscription on Application Store account.If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscribed product(s) or service(s) until the end of your then - current subscription term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then - current term expires.
Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
To request a refund: If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not be friend ok?. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select "Purchase history," find the transaction and hit "Report Problem". You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com.
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, please contact our Customer Support Team via info@befriendok.com with your order number for the Google Play Store (you can find the order number in the order confirmation email or by logging in to Google Wallet).
Change of Service
be friend ok? is always striving to improve the Service. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
You may disable your account at any time. Please go to the settings page of the App then delete the App. However if you use a third party payment account, you will need to manage in app purchases through such account (e.g., iTunes, Google Play) to avoid additional billing.
If be friend ok? believes that you have violated this Agreement, we may terminate your account at any time without notice. No refund will be given for any purchases if your account is terminated with the above situation.
In be friend ok?, we use invitation and acceptance to indicate the interest of the user. Though be friend ok? strives to encourage a respectful user experience through features like the double opt-in that only allows users to communicate if they have both indicated interest in one another, it is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off of the Service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person. You agree that you will not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other users .

Your Rights

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by the competent court, you still agree that the court should strive to make your intention of this Agreement effective, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
